Making a Booking
How do I make a booking?
You can book online by selecting your airport, travel dates, and extras. Confirmation email is sent instantly.
Can I amend or cancel my booking?
Yes. Amend or cancel using the link in your confirmation email. Refunds apply 24+ hrs before drop-off (minus admin fee).
Payments
How do I pay for my booking?
We accept all major debit and credit cards. Payments are processed securely online.
Are my payment details secure?
Yes, all transactions are encrypted and processed via secure gateways.
Flight Issues
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track flights. Pick-up time is adjusted at no extra cost.
How early should I arrive before my flight?
Arrive at least 2–3 hours before your flight to allow transfer time.
Shuttle & Parking
Do you provide shuttle transfers?
Yes, free shuttle transfers to and from terminals are included.
What if I arrive late to drop off my car?
Call us as soon as possible. We’ll try to accommodate but late arrivals may cause delays or charges.
Optional Services
Can I add extras like car wash or VIP lounge?
VIP lounge, car wash, and EV charging can be added during booking.
Are EV charging points available?
Yes, EV charging is available on request.
